Employs an audit approach, focussing on the accuracy of routine reporting. Captures data from 2014-2020,including staff members' professional group, gender, category of V&A (e.g. verbal or physical abuse or threat, and physical or sexual assault), date and location of incident, and the individual who committed the violence. |
